Rare Crown Ducal Orange Tree pattern teapot

Rare Crown Ducal Orange Tree pattern teapot. The very popular Orange Tree pattern was produced by A J Richardson under the Crown Ducal name. It was designed by Norman Keates and was introduced in 1925. The tableware came in three basic shapes, round, square and octagonal, but many (and no one seems to know how many) extra pieces were produced, making Orange Tree an intriguing and fascinating collectible.
