Making clotted cream

Making clotted cream. This was my first attempt at making clotted cream. I have fond childhood memories of home made clotted cream with summer fruits like Loganberries and Raspberries but my favourite was Thunder and Lightning sandwich - fresh bread, spread with golden syrup and clotted cream.
